01 / CHALLENGE
The challenge was to create a psychological horror story designed specifically for the micro-series format, where every chapter needed to build tension while revealing just enough to keep the audience questioning what was real. With AI as part of the creative process, the challenge was also to establish a consistent visual world, character identity and atmosphere across all four chapters while allowing the story to evolve visually as the mystery unfolded.

We approached the series as a slow psychological descent rather than a conventional horror story. Each chapter introduces a new layer of the mystery — beginning with something that feels slightly wrong, moving through memory and instinct, and eventually questioning the protagonist's very identity. The visual language was built to support this progression, using AI-driven imagery, controlled pacing and sound to create an unsettling atmosphere without relying on conventional horror tropes. Each chapter was designed to end with a question rather than an answer, allowing the story to reveal itself gradually across the four-part series.
