Landour - Official Music Video

Landour began with a journey through the dense forests of Landour, India, where producers Karan x Anoop found the inspiration for the song after a spiritual experience in the Himalayan town. The track then travelled over 7,000 km to Chris Savor, who developed the production further with his own sounds and vocals. From there, producer and actor Aditya Pamnani saw an opportunity to take the song into another chapter — through film. With Director Aravind Sashank on board, the film went into production. The resulting music video follows Sam and Elena through the highs and lows of their relationship, exploring love, loss and the moments we often take for granted until they become memories. At its heart, Landour is about appreciating the moments in between — before it's too late.

01 / CHALLENGE

The challenge was to translate the emotional depth of the song into a visual story that felt honest rather than melodramatic. The relationship between Sam and Elena needed to feel lived-in — capturing both its intimacy and its difficult moments — while allowing the audience to understand Sam's realisation only after the relationship had ended. The film also needed to communicate its central message through the characters and their journey, without making it feel separate from the story.

02 / APPROACH

We approached Landour as a character-driven music film, using the relationship between Sam and Elena as the emotional centre of the story. The narrative moves between the warmth of their shared moments and the tension that eventually pulls them apart. Rather than focusing only on the breakup, the film gives equal importance to the everyday moments in between — the experiences that become meaningful only in retrospect. The visual storytelling was kept raw and intimate, allowing the performances, locations and relationship to carry the emotional weight of the film.
